Initiate Your Request

Log into your GreenIT account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Device

Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and securely pack the electronics in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all cables and accessories are included.

Affix the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the exterior of your package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our refurbishment center, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
